How to apply for a work visa in France?

You’ll probably need a work visa if you’re moving to France for job and not just to live it up. Here is all the information you need to know about short-stay visas and talent passports. Depending on your place of residence, your country of citizenship, and the kind of work you’ll be employed to do, you may or may not require a visa to live and work in France.

To apply for a work visa in France, follow these general steps and requirements:

If somehow you did not get your work visa you can appeal it to the Commission de Recours contre les Décisions de Refus de Visa (Visa Appeals Board) or the French embassy or consulate in your country. Within two months of the decision, you must do this. If submitted to the Visa Appeals Board, the appeal must be in French.
